RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow these steps:
 
Call customer service within 30 days of invoice date, to obtain an RMA number.  Return of products after 60 days of invoice date are subject to a 25% restocking charge.  Prior approval must be obtained before any merchandise can be returned for exchange or credit.  Credit will be issued by Dynamic Dental Corporation, and may not be taken without authorization.
 
Include a copy of the original invoice along with the merchandise, and ship it to our address.  A brief explanation as to why the product is being returned is helpful, however not required.  We suggest that you use a traceable method of shipping and insure the package for the full value of the returned merchandise. 
 
Return Policy Restrictions
Only merchandise that is in its original unopened, unused, clean and saleable condition may be returned. The following items may not be returned: equipment, dated merchandise, open handpieces, sterile items, special order items not normally in stock, hazardous items, and items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer are not returnable.
 
Warranty:  Dynamic Dental, Corp. Honors all manufacturers warranties.  All warranty claims must be shipped prepaid to D.D.C., for evaluation.  No other written or implied warranty exists.  Products not manufactured by D.D.C. are warranted by the manufacturer, and will be repaired or replaced in accordance with their policies.
