Return Policy Refund Policy

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Dynamic Dental Corporation within 30 days of date purchased.  To obtain a Return Authorization Number please call 954-344-5155 or email us at kEncEmailtbmftAezobnjdefoubm/ofu.  Please be sure to include your WEB Order# or Invoice Number.  Any item returned without an RMA number will be returned to the originally shipped to address and no credit will be given.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or Web Order confirmation.  A reason for return is helpful but not required.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the item was purchased within the previous 30 days.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
  • All products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Returned products that have been opened are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 
  • Products which show significant use by customer, as determined by Dynamic Dental Corporation, will be returned to the customer without refund. 
  • All sales on custom, clearance and liquidation items are final.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Full product refunds will only be issued for products returned to Dynamic Dental Corporation in their original unopened packaging within 30 days of invoice.  Refunds will be for the product only and not include the shipping charges paid.
  • Refunds for products returned that have been opened are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will be for the product only and not include the shipping charges paid.
  • Defective products or incorrectly shipped products will be exchanged free of charge for the same product or correct product. 
  • Products are deemed defective if they fail out of the box or within 30 days of the invoice date.  After 30 days of the invoice date, any claims of defect or quality will be subject to the respective manufacturers warranty policies and conditions.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Warranty

All products sold by Dynamic Dental Corporation are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty terms and condition.  These terms and conditions may or may not cover labor, shipping charges or other charges.  If you are concerned about the warranty terms, please contact the manufacturer of the product prior to purchase to see what is or is not covered.   Dynamic Dental Corporation will be happy to assist you in processing a warranty claim and arranging for repair.  Please contact us at 954-344-5155 or email us at kEncEmailtbmftAezobnjdefoubm/ofu for assistance.
